Our Community Champions use their passion and love for their community to make a tangible difference. As trusted community members, they help bridge the gap between healthcare resources and those in need. The program provides training and resources to support Community Champions’ efforts to engage in education and outreach activities and connect their neighborhoods to affordable, trusted healthcare.

Through hosting events, distributing educational materials, and providing space for navigators to conduct enrollment efforts, Community Champions play a vital role in ensuring that individuals and families in their community have access to the healthcare they need. We can create a healthier and more equitable South Florida for all by working together.
