The Health Literacy Program offered by our organization provides valuable education and resources to help consumers navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. Our interactive workshops are designed to teach consumers how to use their health insurance effectively and access the care they need to stay healthy.
Through our workshops, participants learn how to locate providers and stay within their network, an essential aspect of managing healthcare costs. We also provide communication skills training to help participants communicate more effectively with their healthcare providers, which can lead to better health outcomes.
